Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
The lead time to produce the merchandise varies pack to pack and your account manager will advise this at the quotation stage. Once we have your packs ready to send, delivery from our warehouse is by second class royal mail as standard and usually takes 2-3 working days.
Can I include a letter or messaging?
Yes! A generic letter (not to a named individual) or message can be added to your pack. You are welcome to send us your literature to include. Alternatively, we can offer a standard A4 printed letter or an A6 printed card which can be branded front and back. Content will need to be provided (it could be as simple as a message and your logo). This service will incur a small additional cost which your account manager will advise upon.
Can I personalise the merchandise with individual names?
Not yet. This is something we’re working on for some of our items such as notebooks, however the majority of our letterbox merchandise can’t be individually named.
What is the packaging like? Is it eco-friendly?
Our standard packaging is a brown large letter box which is 100% degradable, recyclable and made of 75% recycled cardboard, or ColomPac® solid board envelopes which are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. We use recycled paper or Kraft tape for sealing boxes and avoid the use of unnecessary packaging where possible.
Can I brand or design my packaging?
It may be possible to create custom branded packaging dependent upon your order quantity. Our custom packaging supplier has a lead time of 4 weeks so it may add to your quoted lead time. Prices vary dependent on the design you require. Please talk to an account manager about options and costings.
Can I see samples of what I am sending?
Yes. Samples sent out are normally unbranded and may incur a cost. Printed samples may be available for some items but will incur additional costs and will increase your lead times.
Are there minimum or maximum order quantites?
The minimum order quantity varies from pack to pack but should be visible on the packs information page. Click on the image of the SLIM SWAG pack of interest above to view full information. We don’t have a maximum order quantity but orders will be subject to stock and larger orders may have an increased lead time.
Can I send out my packs over a period of time?
Not as standard. SLIM SWAG sets will be packed and posted out together to avoid warehousing and fulfillment costs. If staggered postage is essential to your requirements, please talk to an account manager to see if we can accommodate.
Can I put together my own SLIM SWAG packs from your product list?
Yes, providing the items fit nicely inside our standard large letter packaging.
