The minimum order quantity for bespoke merchandise can vary depending on the supplier however, it is usually higher than other branded merchandise due to the level of personalisation. Custom-shaped merchandise usually starts with a MOQ of 100 units and Pantone-matched products can have an MOQ anywhere from 100 to 1000 units. The turnaround time for custom made merchandise can vary depending on the supplier and the complexity of the order. Your account manager will inform you of the lead time when they send you your free quote. For many of our custom shaped and Pantone matched merchandise this is 5 - 6 weeks. We aim to get our products to you in a timely manner, and will always update you on shipping/tracking information.

When choosing custom made merchandise, it is important to consider the purpose of the purchase. For example, if choosing a product that will increase your brand reach, we would recommend a more budget friendly product that can be used as a giveaway during events. However, if you are looking for merchandise to increase staff inclusion, we would recommend a pantone match product.

We can arrange for a virtual mock up of your custom made merchandise free of charge. We can also offer you a sample from a previous project so you are able to see the quality of the product and the finish.
